Kubo and the Two Strings Helps Discover the Forest Get Kids Outdoors

The U.S. Forest Service and the Ad Council have partnered with critically-acclaimed movie Kubo and the Two Strings to help encourage families to reconnect with nature through Discover the Forest! Oregon-based Laika Entertainment – which made the film – produced pro bono PSAs featuring clips and screenshots from the movie. Like the National Forest Foundation’s collaboration with Pete’s Dragon earlier this summer, the PSAs focus on the idea that adventures can be found all around, but the best place to start is the forest. The Kubo and the Two Strings PSAs invite people to visit DiscoverTheForest.org to find a forest nearby to plan their own adventure.
